    We met Sam at one of the many open houses we toured early in the year before making the final decision to move forward with buying a new house and selling our current one. After just a short conversation both my partner and I knew he was going to be good fit for us. Sam's extensive experience as a home owner and landlord of several properties was incredibly valuable as we navigated selling and purchasing our new home. The home inspection was very helpful and Sam went through the report with us and took some of the items back to the seller, they agreed to address some of the minor issues with the home and Sam negotiated a credit for a couple of the other items. We have been in the new place for just over a month and it was totally the right move for us and we are so thankful for the guidance Sam provided to the process.
